This event will be held at Louie’s Backyard on South Padre Island, Tx, October 04 and 05th 2024. As a sponsor, not only will you be a prominent part of our event attended by our high-end clientele, your advertising will remain published throughout the year on our website and social media posts. Once we receive your commitment level, we will display your logo on...
Our website and social media posts once your sponsorship is confirmed. You will also be featured on our Tournament shirts. Leading up to our tournament, your logo will be displayed on our banners and posts advertising the event. On Friday October 04th your logo will be displayed on our banners during the registration, captains’ meeting, and social dinner. Saturday October 05th, during the Award banquet Platinum and Title sponsors will have the opportunity to say a few words about their company and also announce winners of any prizes donated for the event. On both Friday and Saturday, platinum sponsors are invited to set up a table or booth to advertise or sell products or services.
Payment for sponsor levels 1, 2, 3 can come in the form of cash and prizes, however, prizes can’t exceed 40% of the value of the sponsorship level. (ie. Gold Sponsor can only have a maximum of $800 of contributed merchandise value.).

Payment for sponsor level 4 can be cash or up to 100% of the value of a donated item.
